Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, and return them for a refund. To cancel, tell us in writing (via our contact form or email) within that period.
Returning the goods
After cancelling, return the items within 14 days. They should be unused and in a resaleable condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service — you're responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Refunds
We'll refund the price of the goods (and standard outbound delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or proof of return, whichever is sooner, to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
