These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ordering
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable) and will refund any payment taken.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. Any import duties or taxes for international orders are your responsibility unless stated at checkout.
Products
Miniatures are resin kits supplied unpainted and, unless stated, unassembled. Most items are cast to order. Colours and minor details may vary from photographs.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See Returns & Refunds for cancellation and refund rights, and our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
