Dispatch
Most kits are cast to order and typically dispatched within a few working days. You'll receive a Royal Mail tracking email once your parcel is on its way.
UK delivery
We ship across the UK via Royal Mail. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and shown before you pay.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination. For orders outside the UK, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country on arrival and are your responsibility; where we can, we show an estimate at checkout. See our customs duty note for details.
Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived in the expected time or turns up damaged, contact us and we'll sort it out.
